  1. Revisions — We will revise the deliverable based on your feedback, at no additional cost, within the scope of the original project brief. We include up to two rounds of revisions in every project unless otherwise specified.
  2. Partial refund — If revisions do not resolve the issue, we will negotiate a fair partial refund reflecting the work completed.
  3. Full refund — If we have not begun substantive work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and issued at our reasonable discretion.

  2. Negotiation — We will attempt to resolve the dispute through direct discussion within 30 days.
  3. Mediation — If negotiation fails, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Ontario, Canada. Costs will be shared equally.
  4. Legal action — If mediation fails or is declined, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
